This one would be great for working on chamber music skills. The meter is one that is not commonly performed by young children. It would be good to have a listening sample for them to hear before performing it to understand where the accents are. It felt different when we played with Hunshoo and when we switched to the other pianist the accents changed slightly. Bowings would definitely need to be written in the parts because they don't feel very natural. This piece sounded like what I would imagine of a Korean tune. I think that it was because of the recorder. That was a nice touch. I also liked the simple bell part. This piece would be good for 7th or 8th graders because of the unison playing. I would have liked a little bit more history information regarding the piece prior to playing.
